CCR stands for College and Career Readiness: the goal is for students to graduate high school equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in a chosen postsecondary path.
CCR meetings are designed to meet the individual needs and goals of each student.
Students’ interests, talents, achievements, and goals are reviewed.
This process is an ongoing partnership involving students, parents/guardians, and school counselors.
